Week of February 29, 2016 (after the February 19th mailout request deadline) 

If you cannot make it to packet pick-up, our Chicago race allows for two options from which you can choose during online registration.

  • Mail out:  you can choose to have your packet and gear mailed to you.  There is a fee along with this option.
  • Register for race day packet pick-up:  There is a fee along with this option. 
  • Have a friend or family member pick your packet up for you during our regular packet pick-up events.  All they need is your bib number and a copy of your photo ID.

You can walk the Get Lucky 7K.  It has a 2-hour time limit which equals approximately a 30-minute/mile pace.

The Half Marathon (a.k.a. Triple 7K or 21K) has a 3 1/2-hour time limit and is not a walker-friendly race.

You have a few options:  

For a fee, you can choose to do race day packet pickup.  You would do this during registration.

You could also choose the mail-out option for your race bib, fleece, and chip when you register.  You will get it before race day and won't have to come in for packet pick-up.

Or have a friend or family member pick your packet up for you during our regular packet pick-up events.  All they need is your bib number and a copy of your photo ID.

Yes, the GetLucky is a headset/earbud-friendly event.  You can bring your music on your iPod or MP3 player and run with your own tunes.
